A shout out to the great team of people at Smartland.  My experience was nothing but excellent.  

From initial contact to closing on my properties, the Smartland staff was readily available and eager to answer any questions and help me out.  I was hesitant to invest in a city where I wasn't necessarily an expert.  Smartland handled everything very professionally and my hesitation quickly turned to confidence.

I would highly recommend Smartland to any investors considering the Cleveland market.  Their product and service are both of the highest quality.  Not only did I get a great looking, cash flowing property, they are quick to handle any questions and concerns I have.  Definitely a 5 star investing experience!
