Indy - excellent
- lminnema reviewed 8 years ago
We bought a property in Indianapolis exactly one year ago, and it has been fantastic. Norada has a "system" that involves partnering with providers rather than bringing everything in house. This gives them a somewhat objective perspective and they have been known to remove property providers from their system if the quality doesn't prove to be there.
Our experience with them has been top notch, from start to finish on the property purchase, and then afterwards as we have stayed in contact about additional purchases. No pressure from them at all to buy, but tons of support and guidance once you decide to work with them. A+ for sure!

We couldn't be happier.

Norada really helped my husband and I understand in very simple terms what it means to be a passive investor, and motivate and drive us to action. We couldn't be happier with our decision to invest in our turnkey rental property. We are calling this our new baby's college savings plan!
The also have a great Passive Real Estate Investing podcast.

Great Experience

This was my first time using Norada to purchase a turnkey rental property out of state, and I have had a great experience working with them. Michael was great to work with. He definitely over-delivered and was invaluable to ensure the deal closed successfully.

Used Norada to buy in Indianapolis
- LeslieB reviewed 9 years ago
I bought a house through Norada in Indy. The local organization is Real Estate Done 4U. Norada is an umbrella org. Buying was easy. The home didn't appraise at what they were asking, so I negotiated down to the appraisal cost. I got a $94K house in a B neighborhood that cash flows about $450/month. I'm quite happy and looking to buy another.
