I recently closed on my first property with JWB. The process was easy and without much of the drama associated with buying and managing property.  I feel like working with JWB has given me a business partner, someone “on the ground” and who has already asked the questions I would ask.  My goal is to build a portfolio of investment properties and hope to do that with JWB.

I've worked with 3 other turnkey providers and working with JWB was the best. They have great communication and are very responsive. You start with weekly calls and then they taper off to monthly calls after your purchase.

The first thing they did was ask me about my goals to learn more about me as a person and an investor. They weren't pushy and were very patient with all the questions I had.  After we learned more about each other, they walked me through purchasing a property through them. Everything went very smoothly and I even watched a Youtube video on the walkthrough of the property. I'll definitely be purchasing the next property with them soon. Unlike another turnkey provider I worked with, my property appraised for exactly what I was purchasing it at. Other turnkey providers may have the property apprised lower, which requires you to pay a higher down payment out of pocket.  

I have known the owners of JWB for over 15 years and I can honestly say they not only value their teammates, but their clients are always #1!

I have developed my relationship further than being a JWB teammate, but I also have bought two rental homes from them and am in the process of acquiring my 3rd! Their team always puts clients first, and deliver on their promises… "under promise and over deliver!" Wishing to invest monies my father left us when he died, my husband and I were put in touch with JWB Real Estate Capital. We are very pleased with our overall experience with JWB. JWB is a turnkey business that completely manages the properties for us with no hassles, including painting and the necessary repairs when the property becomes vacant to get it rented again. I can't speak to how things go once you buy a property but I signed up for some of their material on their website. The firm was very professional and presented things in a very straightforward manner. They were also honest with me in that the returns would be far lower than I was looking for.

So I am speaking from a slightly different perspective as I havent actually purchased a buy and hold property from them.  Lending money to them was very straightforward with prompt processing of paperwork (promissory note, deed etc) and frequent updates via phone on how the rehab process was going.  My interest payments were always on time and I was paid back promptly once the house was ultimately sold to an investor. 

I may actually buy some properties from them in the future given my positive experience with them thus far

My business partner and I recently purchased our first rental property through JWB. The process could not have been any easier, especially with JWB constantly keeping us updated and informed throughout. Any time there was a question or concern, the JWB team responded quickly and professionally which eased any anxiety we may have had. We cannot recommend the entire JWB team enough to other real estate investors. This will be the first of many properties that we purchase through JWB!!

I am currently a private lender with JWB and am extremely happy with my investment.  The idea wasn't something that was attractive to me as an individual, given the tax implications, but the owners of the company provided me with the idea and resources to lend through my self-directed IRA.  Given that alternative and their extremely attractive interest rates, now I've got great returns growing tax free for my retirement.  The JWB team is extremely creative, professional, and honest at every level.  It was clear they do not force something on potential investors if it doesn't work for their specific plans, which I understand they do the same for both private lenders and potential home buyers.  This says a lot about the integrity of their business.  I highly recommend reaching out to them if their investment strategies are a potential fit for you as an investor.

I recently purchased two rental properties from JWB! Even though, I've only owned the homes for a month now, the experience has been great! The CEO, Gregg Cohen, truly puts clients first! Throughout the entire process, I had multiple questions, which Gregg answered quickly, and informatively. I even had questions about purchasing properties in other parts of the United States, which is outside of their business model, but Gregg gave me his truly, unbiased, professional opinion.

I plan on purchasing quite a few more homes through JWB and highly recommend them to anyone looking to expand their portfolio!
