Wilson Investment Properties

I started investing with Wilson 2 years ago, I am happy with it. 

Tenants are stable, properties are in good condition, management is good.

In terms of investment return, property prices in Texas seem to be increasing those days so it is harder to get a good deal. Also, you need to keep an eye on tax level.
