After a few years of researching turn key rental properties I decided to finally take the plunge. I had always been hesitant as the idea of buying a property out of state (most likely unseen) and trusting someone enough to handle all of the rehab, tenant screenings and property management was completely terrifying.

However, living in CA I knew purchasing out of state was the only way for me to start building my portfolio.

I must say the moment the moment I spoke with Dillon Bell at West Realty Advisors my fears started to subside. Dillon was great. He picked up that I was fairly new to this type of investment and really took his time to go over his process, the company's vision, what milestones to expect throughout and the rent/maintenance guarantees his company offered.

He was passionate, but not salesy, and I appreciated his overall insight on turnkey investing and the different intricate neighborhoods he favored

A few weeks after speaking with Dillon I was in contract ! Still a bit terrified but now much more excited!

Dillon was even more on top of it now...always updating me and answering ALL (there were a lot) of my questions without any issue. We even went through my inspection report line by line and I was very happy with the additional repairs that were completed.

We closed on time and with a renter already in place with a 2 year lease!  The rehab work done was well beyond the quality I expected to see and my whole experience was very positive.

I would completely recommend Dillon and his team for your next purchase. In fact, I recently took my own advice and closed my 2nd property in October!
