JWB has a great team of people that strive to be the best in the business. They are rapidly growing for a reason. Their rehabs are high quality and they give a team effort from purchase to management. We recently purchased two properties from them. We purchased from out of state, site unseen and the process was mostly hassle free and they guided us through the whole process. They have done a great job placing tenants in both houses in a timely manner. After purchasing, we traveled to Jacksonville and met the JWB team and saw our properties. We are very pleased with our overall experience with JWB. We purchased our first homes in our Traditional and Roth IRA’s from JWB in May of 2012 and are very pleased with the balances of our retirement accounts at the end of each year. JWB is a turnkey business that completely manages the properties for us with no hassles, including painting and the necessary repairs when the property becomes vacant to get it rented again. They presently manage 7 properties for us and we are very pleased with their management abilities. We also do hard money lending to JWB and the interest rate is awesome! I have the privilege to work with JWB as their insurance agent & therefore get to know the homes that they build and renovate very well. They do all the right things like making certain that the roofs, plumbing, electrical work, etc. are all in excellent working order, which my underwriters love, & so do their clients! While it's no surprise that this leads to many repeat purchase clients, I am always impressed when I get to work with the same satisfied clients again & again (often on 5 or 10 purchases!). I also see a lot of the other side of the industry where "fly by night house-flippers" try to cut corners to make as much of a profit for themselves as possible & that is a nightmare for the client & me, their insurance agent, when they have the inevitable claim. Really, I can't say enough good things about JWB & their team! I will continue to refer them to my friends & family.

I just finished up a great experience when buying 3 passive rental income properties from JWB Real Estate Capital. The entire JWB team is positive and experienced in the turn-key property management business. I especially want to recognize Jamie Crawford, the account manager that I worked with on these home purchases, for the great job that she did for me over the past several weeks. Wishing to invest monies my father left us when he died, my husband and I were put in touch with JWB Real Estate Capital. We wanted to set up income producing properties with as little work on our part as possible; this is because we are busy with our own business.  From the get-go we were treated royally by everyone on staff at JWB!  All our questions were answered  and everyone was professional to the core.  We were able to meet our goals and enjoy the experience!  We will continue to work with JWB as we grow our portfolio in the years to come!

The entire JWB staff was fantastic from start to finish! The process of selecting properties that made sense for my portfolio, providing local market information/trends, closing in a short timeframe, and locating great tenants was so easy.  The JWB team are true partners in my success.

I am currently a private lender with JWB and am extremely happy with my investment.  The idea wasn't something that was attractive to me as an individual, given the tax implications, but the owners of the company provided me with the idea and resources to lend through my self-directed IRA.  Given that alternative and their extremely attractive interest rates, now I've got great returns growing tax free for my retirement.  The JWB team is extremely creative, professional, and honest at every level.  It was clear they do not force something on potential investors if it doesn't work for their specific plans, which I understand they do the same for both private lenders and potential home buyers.  This says a lot about the integrity of their business.  I highly recommend reaching out to them if their investment strategies are a potential fit for you as an investor.

So I am speaking from a slightly different perspective as I havent actually purchased a buy and hold property from them.  Lending money to them was very straightforward with prompt processing of paperwork (promissory note, deed etc) and frequent updates via phone on how the rehab process was going.  My interest payments were always on time and I was paid back promptly once the house was ultimately sold to an investor. 

I may actually buy some properties from them in the future given my positive experience with them thus far

I can't speak to how things go once you buy a property but I signed up for some of their material on their website. The firm was very professional and presented things in a very straightforward manner. They were also honest with me in that the returns would be far lower than I was looking for.
