American Property Investments

We first looked at American Property Investments in Indianapolis on April 10, 2015 and closed on May 27, 2015. The property rented for more than the estimate, and the estimated ROI was already healthy. The process was quick and smooth. Each house clears $300/month in positive cash flow.

When issues come up with property managers, repairs, etc., or I have questions about property taxes or insurance issues, he graciously offers his time, professional opinion & connections to make sure that my investment is protected, even though it's been 5 years since our purchase.
