ABC Capital Investments

As the company grows, their communication is less responsive and less prompt.  ABC also has raised fees to account for growing their employee base.  As a turnkey investor, they do give nice guarantees including landlord insurance for evictions.  Their fees are high for property management but it does hedge you when issues occur.  I'll continue investing with them if I see something I want to purchase.
